The Touchline Club Shop gives your club a simple, professional way to sell merchandise directly to supporters, all within your existing Touchline ecosystem. Fully integrated with the Touchline Dashboard, it allows you to manage products, orders and customer communications without relying on third-party platforms or complex workarounds.
Easily manage Products & Orders
All products, pricing and content are managed directly through the Touchline Dashboard CMS. Club staff can add new items, update prices and control availability with ease. When an order is placed, it automatically appears in the dashboard and can be configured to match your manufacturer or fulfilment requirements.
By default:
- Orders are visible instantly in the dashboard
- Confirmation emails are sent to the club
- Confirmation emails are sent to the customer
- Order data can be structured to suit suppliers or kit manufacturers

For clubs on an active Touchline plan, the Club Shop technology is included at no additional cost. The shop can be enabled quickly, allowing you to start selling without investing in separate e-commerce software or paying expensive setup fees. Touchline operates on a simple, transparent transaction model. A small fee of 2.5% plus £0.50 per transaction is applied to each sale, excluding Stripe payment processing fees. There are no hidden charges, long-term commitments or per-product fees.
