Additional Charges
The following charges apply when using our products, in addition to your Touchline Monthly Invoice:
Email Marketing is billed at £0.75 per 1,000 emails sent.
Any direct payments on the Touchline platform incur a 2.5% transaction fee plus £0.50 platform fee. This is exclusive of Stripe payment processing fees.

Here is some questions we’re commonly asked by clubs, and the responses we give.
Q: Will you accept sponsorship in return for an app, website or platform license?
A: Whilst this is assessed on a case-by-case basis, we do not generally accept contra-deals due to the nature of our clients (Clubs) and the value proposition this provides for us.
Q: Can we pay for a season upfront?
A: Yes, this is certainly possible. However, due to the affordability we aim to maintain, we’re not able to offer a discount on annual payments.
Q: Do you charge a % on app sponsorship deals?
A: We only take 2.5% + £0.50 of transactions directly through our platform.
Should you agree sponsorship deals outside of this, you keep 100% of the profits! This is also a great way to offset the costs of using our platform!
Q: Do you offer technical support for media, marketing and commercial teams?
A: Yes! As well as your dedicated account manager, you can access our team of support advisors and testers every matchday!
Q: Do you offer technical support for fans?
A: Yes! We have a dedicated help centre and support emails for fans. We pride ourselves on communication and issue resolution.
